Terms of Use

Bumpy Keys is made and published by Click Clack Labs ("we"). By downloading or using the Bumpy Keys iPad app, the website, or the browser demo, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Using the app

• Bumpy Keys is for personal, non-commercial use by a family, or by a teacher in a classroom. One purchase unlocks all worlds on the devices tied to the purchasing Apple Account (and Family Sharing, where enabled by Apple).
• Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app, its voice recordings, artwork, or sounds. The free printables may be printed and shared for home and classroom use.
• The app is offered through Apple's App Store; Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Purchases, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Children

Bumpy Keys is designed for children ages 4–9 and is listed in the App Store Kids Category. Purchases and links to the outside sit behind a parental gate. A parent or guardian accepts these terms on a child's behalf. We collect no personal information from anyone — see the Privacy policy.

No guarantees

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or that it will make any particular child a faster typist. To the extent the law allows, Click Clack Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. The current terms are always published at this address, with the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
